Description
Originally The London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange during the 19th century, this site now comprises offices. The building is Grade II Listed and the works had to be carefully considered to respect the historic nature of the building.
Client brief
To organise the refurbishment of the basement to create a new co working space at basement level.
Our role
To liaise with the design team and coordinate all aspects of the construction process to facilitate the delivery of the project on time and on budget. We worked closely with the designers, Studio Tilt, to ensure their design was implemented, including incorporating the rotunda central feature of the space.
