Description
This is a former carburettor factory in Deptford, completed refurbishment works in 2018 creating new offices. As a separate part of the redevelopment we organised the creation of a new reception, meeting room and café.
Client brief
To organise the creation of a new reception, meeting room with a cafe area for use by occupants and the general public.
Our role
We acted as Contract Administrator, and Principal Designer on the project. Our role required us to liaise with the design team and coordinate all aspects of the construction process to facilitate the delivery of the project.
