The common parts have been refurbished behind the historic façade of 46 Gresham Street located in the heart of the City Of London.
Client brief
Refurbishment works of the complete common parts from the basement up to fifth floor common parts including all associated WCs. Modernisation throughout, upgrading all lighting to LED, redecorations and new flooring ensuring the entrance foyer is a grander entrance.
Our role
To prepare the specification, pre construction information and working drawings for tendering. Carrying out the role of principal designer, contract administrator/project manager through to completion.
