The building required external refurbishment, internal shell and core of the basement/ground floor retail unit and reconfiguration of the upper parts including knocking through into adjoining property to provide spacious modern office accommodation.

Our role
Appointed as principal designer, contract administrator and project manager. We prepared the tender package consisting of working drawings, specification and pre-construction information, managed procurement and overseeing onsite construction works.
