Description
Residential conversion of an existing office into a single dwelling to upper parts above a public house. Including a three-story rear extension and external repairs and decorations. Included as part of the works was the shell fit out to the public house.
Client brief
To carry out an extension and reconfigure upper floors into residential. Include shell and core works to the basement and ground floor and full externals repair and redecorations.
Our role
Prepare the initial budget, obtain planning permission and building regulation approval. All party wall matters, tendering and carrying out the role of principal designer, project manager and contract administrator.
