Description
Completed in 2017, we organised the external repair and refurbishment of this mixed use Grade II listed building. The works had to be carefully considered to respect the historic nature of the building and carefully specified to ensure the principles of the philosophy of building conservation were followed.
Client brief
To organise the full external repair and redecoration of a Grade II Listed Building improving the facade using an alternate heritage colour.
Our role
We prepared CGI designs for several design options of alternative heritage paint colour proposals to the facade render. Prepared the tender package and managed the procurement process. Onsite we acted as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer.
