Over the last 17 months F&T have been contract administrators/project managers, along with providing Architectural services with Principal Contractor LS Build.
Building works consisted of extensive internal demolition, layout reconfiguration, rear extension, full lift/shaft and staircase replacement, internal/external refurbishment, roof covering replacement, new M&E/supplies, new shopfront and windows. Accommodation is over six floors, providing a white box retail unitontained offices with a and four self-c bike store and shower room facilities.
B rating EPC achieved and targeting a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM result.
