Description
Major refurbishment works including upgrade of electrical components, decorations and finishes in the common parts, 2000sqft cat A+ second-floor office refurbishment including new toilets and shower room, air conditioning and the forming of a new access shaft to maintain the ground floor restaurant’s extraction duct, including the associated structural works.
Works also included refurbishment of 6no third and fourth floor duplex apartments, comprising of upgrades to the kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, M&E provisions and finishes throughout including the installation of air conditioning and built in wardrobes. In addition, full external repairs and decorations were also carried out. Full common parts refurbishment and externals.
