Basement and ground floor whitebox works including tanking the basement. Including structural works to the ground floor.
Office refurbishment to the upper floors, including structural works to create opening in the spine walls and floor strengthening.
Extension to rear to form WCs. External repairs and decorations including roofing repairs. Installation of new electric and water supplies.

Full refurbishment of vacant property.
F&T Role
As the lead on the design team to progress the client’s requirements inclusive of acting as building owners party wall surveyor. Within our remit was to prepare project budgets for client sign off and carry out the role of principal designer. Formulate the tender documentation incl full working drawing package, together with both financial control and contract administration/project management of the entire construction project from concept to completion.
