Description
The works to the upper parts of the property from ground floor entrance to the third floor were refurbished including WC facilities and shower added. The existing interior panelling, cornices, joinery and other details retained. New finishes were subsequently sympathetic to the original style of the building.

Office refurbishment of Grade II Listed Building in the Opera Quarter in Covent Garden.
Our role
To undertake a survey of the property and existing features and prepare drawings for Listed Building consent. Appointed as the Principle Designer and proceed with contract administrator/project manager duties.
