Gary joined us in October 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor and was promoted to an Associate in September 2024.  He has 20 years’ experience as a building surveyor and prior to this worked in the civil engineering industry for seven years managing large projects.  Gary has extensive experience in the maintenance of period buildings, helping to remedy defects and developing the properties to meet the needs of their users.

• – Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009
• – First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying (Coventry University, graduated 2004).
• – 2:2 Honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Bradford University, graduated 1995).

“Outside of work interests, Gary enjoys running, cycling and hiking.  He has hiked mountains in the UK and overseas.
