To attend site and carry out an internal and external building survey of a large mixed use property in London.
Following the survey we prepared and issued to our client a priced report, highlighting all landlords’ requirements. This was broken down into items of general maintenance, M&E servicing and repairs over a 10 year period. Prioritising any urgent works required where found to be defective.
