Formally one large restaurant in need of repairs and modernisation.
Client brief
To carry out a complete refurbishment, extensive internal and external structural works with rear infill extension achieving basement to first floor shell and core of commercial space and three one bedroom residential flats at high level.
Our role
Completed in 2020, we were appointed to prepare the budgets, feasibility study, planning and building control drawings. Carry out the role of principal designer and contract administrator overseeing onsite works.
