Client brief
To demolish the existing london pitched roof and construction a mansard to accommodate an additional 1 bed flat. Re-configure and refurbishment of three existing 1 bed flats and associated common parts. Full external repairs and redecorations.
Our role
Prepare the initial budget, drawings package to obtain planning permission and building regulation approval. Prepare the tender package and carrying out the role of Principal Designer, Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
